Production Description Briquetting machine can press ore powder , metal powder , coal powder , coke powder and other materials into ball shape . Such as coal , coke , charcoal , manganese ore , gypsum etc . Final briquettes have features of high density , high strength , high hardness , high performance , and the main rollers adopt hard wear resistance materials , which improve rollers service life greatly .

Working Principle Motive power will transmit to two rollers synchronously through the reducer and make them rotate oppositely . Materials naturally enter into ball model , along with rollers rotation , pressure of materials bearing become larger . When the two rollers arrive at contact point , materials bearing pressure reaches peak . Under the tremendous pressure , materials become ball shape from powder shape .

Advantages The briquettes which through mandatory squeeze have features of high density , high strength , high hardness , high performance etc . Improving the utilization of waste .
