LINEAR UNSCRAMBLING MACHINES

Randomly orientated bottles are received in bulk into the hopper and supplied to the centrifugal disc by means of a conveyor. In the disc, the bottles are guided into a qualified position suitable for the stand-up unit to process them into the required discharge position. Stand-up unit is based on the especially designed belt and handle. Bottles are stabilized and released on the conveyor. The start/stop of the motor is controlled by a mounted sensor.
