This high-efficiency scale and corrosion inhibitor is developed based on the actual operation status of circulating cooling water systems in the power plants nationwide. It is specially designed for inhibiting scales and sludge deposit like CaCO3, Ca3(PO4)2 and MgCO3 in the circulating cooling water of all heat exchangers. No need of pH values adjustment; it can be directly added for use. This inhibitor is applied to the circulating cooling water systems with high hardness and alkali, and it can effectively prevent copper tubes of condensers from dezincification corrosion, acicular and tubercular corrosion. The inhibitor is prepared with adjusted formula according to different water quality for the best performance. The adjusted formula is based on the results of dynamic simulation tests.
