Stone Washer Introduction:
This series screw stone washing machine is mainly used for
washing material after crushed. Small particles suspended in
water flow out through outlet, coarse particles sink down to
bottom groove. This stone washing machine also can be used for
desliming, dewatering and wash-dressing mineral ore. This machine
bears the features of simple structure, easy maintenance,
long-term continuous running, good adaptability and big capacity
etc. So it can meet the needs of modern large-scale industry
production.
Working principle:
The stone washer mainly consists of groove, reducer, motor,
central shaft, screw blade, and trestle, etc.
This machine is slope installation, the gravel is feed into
groove through inlet (inlet position will be defined by user), it
forms a settling tank at the bottom of groove, by the action of
particles’ different settle speed in media, fine and light
particle float on settling tank surface layer, then discharged
from outlet, but big and heavy particles settle down, then be
taken to the top outlet by screw. So the material is cleaned.
