BLEND FOR LAMB
 
Herbs and Spices blended together aiming to enhance any lamb meals. Sprinkle it or create a crust with herbs and spices or just follow our eay recipe for a beautiful and aromatic lamb dish.
Ingredients:
Rosemary, Coriander, Cardamon, Garlic, Thyme, Spearmint, Hot chilly peppers, Sweet Bukovo, salt, peppercorns white-black-red-green.
Ingredients
1 kg of lamb (without the bone) cut in small portions **3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt & Pepper, 
OUR BLEND FOR LAMP
Lemon Juice of one lemon
2 large tomatoes cut in round slices,
**3 large potatoes cut in round slices,
2 carrots, cut in round slices,
2 garlic cloves finely chopped,
3 tablespoons of butter,
1/4 cup of olive oil
**0 grams of feta cheese or mild cheddar in slices

Pre-heat the oven at **0degrees. Put all the ingredients in a clay pot and cook in the oven for 2 hours.
DONE!!! Easy but but very yummy!!!
