Product Description

This machine is used for cutting the bags filled with powder or fine granular materials, such as raw materials for fertilizers, chemical materials, and discharge the materials automatically from the bags. This machine is ideal for replacing low effiicient human work and greatly increase production and save cost. 

This machine mainly consiists of five parts: bag conveying mechanism, bag cutting mechanism, grip chain mechanism, waste bags recovery mechanism and PLC smart control system. Each mechanism can complete the related function independently and they are correlated in the logic.

Manually put the bags( filled with raw materials) onto the conveyor before the machine and then they will be conveyed inside the machine where high speed rotary cutting knives will cut each bag from two sides. Materials separated from the bags will drop into the hopper at bottom of the machine due to the action of gravity. The hopper is connected with the buyerâ��s conveyor or downstream facility. The splitted bags with few material residue will go through the grip chain inside the machine and the empty waste bags automatically slide into the screw bag compactor where the waste bags will be compressed out.
