Product Description

DH-A4 semi automatic machine with high definition optical alignment system, Panasonic camera used, special for factory professional use.
Automatic pick, place and heating.

1.Embedded industrial PLC, digital intelligent system, high definition touch screen conversational interface, real-time temperature monitor, and password for modification and protection. 

2.**8 segments temperature can be set for top heating and lower heating(up to *6 segments). *0,**0 groups of temperature curves can be stored, which can number, modification and apply at any time according to different BGA. Curve analysis, setting and adjustment are also available on touch screen.

3.2 in 1 design in top head, placement head and heating head integrated in 1 head. PLC control, stepper motor driver used, lead-screw driving, liner slide for fine-tuning for X, Y, Z axis and fast positioning, implement intelligent control of position, soldering and desoldering. Automatic soldering and desoldering bga.

4.Three independent heating zones, top/lower heater are hot air, bottom IR preheating area. Time, slope, cooling and vacuum can all be set and controlled in touch screen. 

5.Top head with electronic pressure sensor, when it down to touch pcb, pressure over **5 G, it will stop automatic to prevent damaging PCB.

6.High precise k-type thermocouple closed-loop control and PID automatic temperature compensation system, with PLC and temperature module and intelligent control unit to enable precise temperature deviation on ±2℃. Meanwhile, external temperature measurement connector enables temperature diction and accurate analysis of real time temperature curve.

7.Intelligent positioning, PCBA can be adjusted in X, Y direction with 5 point support + V-groove pcb bracket + universal fixtures, suitable for all kinds of pcb repairing.

8.With different size of magnet nozzles, easy replace and install, rotate freely **0°, any size can be custom if need

9.With high definition adjustable CCD color lens system. 2 color separation, magnification, micro adjustment, auto focus, auto correction, auto color differentiation and auto light bright adjust system. Manual or automatic adjust image clarity of monitor. In the process of positioning, optical lens can moved front/back and right/left to align bga chip freely, ensure alignment accuracy and avoid any blind spot.

*0.X, Y and R axis are adjustable by micrometer with accuracy of ±0.*1mm, and with HD monitor to avoid human operation errors.

*2.With Voice warning ***0 seconds before heating finish: remind operator to pick up bga chip on time. After heating, cooling fan will work automatic, when temperature cool down to room temperature  ( <*5℃ ), cooling system will stop automatic to prevent the heater from aging.

*3.Build-in Vacuum, *0°rotation, can adjusted by micrometer, no compressed-air needed.

*4.CE certification approval. Double protection: Overheating guard + emergency stop function.


Warranty: Three years for heater wires, one year for other parts of machine.
Heaters are the main consumable material on the machine, it is free offered if it 

damaged in three years.
