Features of semi-automatic printer (HX****0A):

1. Adopt Japan-made motors rails,the scraper base is therefore very stable;

2.      The going up and down speed of printing pressure of the double scrapers can be set by adjusting the precise throttle behind the cylinder,to avoid resonance;

3.      Raise the printing base and fix it to *5 · clean the base and steel plate by dismantling them;

4.      The printing base can be moved forward and fixed to suit the position of the steel plate,so as to get the best effect.

5.      The combined printing platform with groove and locating pin, make it easy to set, change the pattern. It is fit to the process of both single face and double face board.

6.      Board-adjustment is made by moving the steel plate to suit the X,Y,Z setting of the boards which are needed to be printed.

7.      Electric section is controlled by PLC computer, the original points are therefore judged intelligently.
