Nearly three quarters of a century ago, on a frozen pond in small town in Eastern Ontario. A 4 year old boy took hold of his first hockey stick, snapped his first wrist shot and immediately fell in love with the game of Hockey.

From that love, a business was born, and In ***4 Donald Flaro, decided to turn his passion for the game into his living when he started manufacturing hockey sticks under the name Martinville.

In ***8 his children carried on their fathers passion and later the business was renamed Flarrow. Attention to detail and craftsmanship won the appeal of hockey players Worldwide. It wasn’t long until Flarrow was the brand being used by numerous NHLers and novices alike.

In ***8 we became DHM Direct Hockey Manufacturing. We are now focused on manufacturing and sourcing products for existing brands and start up companies. We’ve learned that customization is key!
