BLH series precision high-speed press, developed by BLM through introducing MTEX (Japan) technology, is featured by delicate and reasonable appearance, convenient field arrangement regulation, and can directly connect the production line to form flexible manufacturing cell. Specially designed for precision electronic stamping products by BLM-MTEX, it effectively solves many practical problems of electronic stamping parts including quality, die cost, efficiency and safety.

Machine Characteristics:
●Thorough internal structure design, high-grade casting body and precision V-process form and unique processing pouring ensure very strong rigidity and shock-absorbing flexibility.

●NDF clutch with exquisite and reliable process, air pressure terminal detection, and two-way security protection make each signal point and operating point fully accordant.

●The complete machine can be equipped with periphery automation equipment to improve equipment efficiency.

●It breaks through ball bowl connecting structure of traditional press ball head. The connecting rod and slider adopt pin square shoulder connection, ensuring that the press can fit high-speed operation. It also breaks technical problems of large sphere wear, nonuniform stress and difficult gap adjustment when common press operates at a high speed (the technology has been applied for patent).
