Product Description

Serum separation as physiological inert jelly, used for manufacturing medical examination, application in biological examination, immunological examination, etc. The glue with increase of serum liquid surface, prevent blood and serum material between the exchange, safeguard the serum biochemical properties and long time of chemical process does not change, there's no need to use a special tool transfer serum etc.

Serum separating Gel, proportion is within 1.***1.*5. The proportion of serum is about 1.*3; proportion of hematocyte is about 1.**3. Above three after centrifuging  will be separated into serum( upper level), gel( middle-level), and hematocyte( lower level). The thick gel in the middle of the test tube can completely separate serum and hematocyte, avoid hematocyte touching serum and ensure the clearity of the serum.

NOTES:

1. You must wait for the blood completely solidified before the centrifuge.
2. Suggest centrifugal speed: no less than ***0 revolutions/min.
3. Suggest centrifugal: time no less than *0 minutes.
