Product Description

The shaft device is installed upon the connected axis in between two spiral shafts , including  bearing housing. Outside the bearing housing, hanger housing is fixed on the outer wall of conveyor. Inside the bearing housing as well as on the two side of it, bearing oil seal is placed there. Pressure lid of bearing is equipped on both sides of bearing inside bearing housing. Installation position has a lubricated hole for loading lubricating oil which is for the connection between the inside and outside of bearing housing, providing a good sealing property. After installing shaft into the spiral conveyor, oil has to be injected into the middle of bearing and hanger by the use of oil filling device and oil filling tubing. Filling oil by hanging is for the purpose of lubrication, which can further avoid the wear and tear of bearing and hanging sleeve, providing a longer service life of it.
