Metallurgical blades are mainly made of H*3, H*3K, H3, 9CrSi,5CrW2Si,6CrW2Si,Cr*2Mov, W*8Cr4V,SKD*1,SKD*1,D2 and other high quality tool steels and alloy tool steels. It has the characteristics of high precision, sharp edge, impact resistance and wear-resistance, mainly used for shearing of continuous casting, continuous rolling and slab opening. 

The blades weigh from 5KG to **0 KG, up to 1.5 meters in diameter, 5.5 meters in length and IT4 class in machining precision. The blades are not only sold to all major Chinese steel plants but have also been exported to more than *0 countries like Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Egypt, Spain, the U.K, Hungary, Germany, Finland, Russia, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, etc.

Applications:
Cutting blades for medium and heavy plate, bar, wire rod, cold rolling and metal processing industries.
