Sheared Scrap (SHSC)

Product Description

Most of the steel re-melting units across the world know shredded scrap as the most wanted for re-melting. Old automobiles, white goods, household scrap and such other light metal is put through giant shredders so as to tear apart the big pieces by shredding into smaller pieces no more than 6 inches or *5 cms x *5 cms. This scrap metal is homogenous and very high in density. Globally most of the shredding units produce this scrap metal conforming to ISRI Grade **0/**1. Based on the density achieved per cu.ft., this grade can yield a cargo mass of *5 to *8 tons in a *0 feet container.
