Good insulating and high feeding effect  
As pyrogen, cellucotton and other insulation materials are added in insulating boards, the insulating board of steel ingot is slow in cooling. The effect is superior to the insulating boards sold in the market at present so that the qualification rate of steel ingots is improved and the cost of steel ingot is reduced.
High fire resistance
As the content of silica sand is above *8% the fire resistance of insulation boards is high. As a result, steel ingots are easy to clean, guaranteeing the smooth in appearance of sleeves.
Dryness and strength of insulating board
the insulation board is dried by conduction oil boiler so that the drying temperature is high and products can be dried completely and evenly. As a result, the strength is high and the drying effect is better than traditional coal and steam boiler .
