 Riser Tube( Stalk Tube)**-For low pressure die casting of cylinder heads and wheels. Reaction bonded silicon nitride (RBSN) is made by direct nitridation of a compacted silicon powder.  The nitridation produces only a small volume change, which means that RBSN components do not need to be machined after fabrication and complex near net shapes can be produced in a single process stage. Application: Silicon nitride stalk is widely used in the molten aluminum foundry, melting and holding furnace,etc. Handling Precautions: Avoid severe mechanical impact. Avoid rapid cooling over a wide temperature range Assemble and install only in moisture free conditions. Preheating in the air before application by temperature of **0 and **0 centi-degree. Periodic Maintenance: Remove slag deposits before solidification from stalk tube surface weekly. Improper installation of seals may cause failure due to mechanical stress.
