Product description
This product is a highly thermally conductive elastic silicone
grease for electronic components, the main components of which are
high molecular weight methyl polysiloxanes and highly thermally
conductive metal oxides. The product is a one-component silicone,
in form of white/grayish viscous liquid. Stirred homogeneously and
applied between the heating element and heat sink, it can provide
good heat dissipation. It has excellent resistance to high and low
temperatures, and can be used in a temperature range of **0
℃ - **0 ℃ for a long period. Furthermore, it has
excellent electrical insulation property, thermal conductivity, and
resistances to ozone and weathering, and is non-corrosive to
metals.
