Silicone-based Thermal Conductive Pads

AOK has released a new type of silicone thermal pad TP**0 with very high thermal conductivity 5.0w/m.k. Natural inherent tack reduces interfacial thermal resistance, the inherent natural tack on both sides assists in application and allows the product to effectively fill air gaps, enhancing the overall thermal performance. Silicone-based heat transfer pads are becoming an industry standard for thermal management solutions for their durability to withstand high temperatures up to **0°C. Aochuan Technology offers a wide variety of thermal conductive materials with thermal conductivity from 1.0 W/m*K up to 5.0 W/m*K. Since some may be concerned with the use of silicone, outgas levels are extremely low. They come with the options of two sides self-tacky and one side self-tacky. Thickness is flexible ranging from 0.5mm and up.
