Measuring the active energy accurately, the meter can be used as the terminal of the AMR system. It can communicate with concentrator, which is installed in the distribution substation, via PLC. It can send the data, for example energy information, to concentrator in semi-duplex mode. So it is an ideal option for measuring resident electric energy consumption, AMR system and measuring with time-sharing technology.
