Selfaligning ball bearing is the bearing equipped with spherical ball between two groove of the inner ring and spherical raceways of outer ring. Curvature center of outer ring raceway match the bearing center. So the bearing has the same center adjusting function with self aligning ball bearing. When bend appeared on the shaft and shell, it can automatically adjust without increase the burden bearing. Self-aligning roller bearing can bear radial load and axial load in two directions. Radial load capacity is big and it can be applied to the situation of heavy and shock load. When inner diameter of bearing is tapered bore, it can be directly installed or installed in the cylinder axis by the sleeve、remove tube. The cage is stamping steel cage、polyamide forming cage and copper alloy machined cage.
 
Selfaligning ball bearing has two structures and they are cylindrical bore and tapered bore The material of cage is steel、synthetic resin and so on. Its characteristics are the outer ring spherical raceway and selfaligning capability that can make the error caused by the nonconcentricity and deflection. But the inner and outer ring relative inclination is not exceed 3 degree.

This bearing can bear larger radial load. It also can withstand the axial load at the same time. The outer ring raceway of this bearing is spherical, so it possess self-aligning capability. When it bend or tilt given an axial force and the relative tilt between inner center line and outer center line is not exceed **2.5 degree, the bearing is still work.  
 
The inner bore of self-aligning ball bearing is cylindrical bore and tapered bore. The taper of tapered bore is 1:*2 or 1:*0. In order to strengthen the lubrication of bearing, the bearing processed the annular oil groove and three oil holes on the outer ring.
