Slag dryer is a kind of rotary dryer. It consists of cylinder, draft fan, high-speed degglomerator, lifting blade, cleaning device, gearing, delivering device, air heater, reducer, supporting device, sealing device, etc. Slag dryer is widely applied in construction, metallurgy, beneficiation, chemistry, cement and other industries. Slag dryer is always used to dry slag, carbide slag, limestone, clay, quartz sand, river sand, granulating slag, etc.

Features

1). High anti-overloading ability and large capacity. Adopt downstream drying method, which means hot air and wet slag enter into the dryer from the same side. Wet materials can get high evaporation from high temperature air. And the temperature at outside door is low, so the thermal efficiency is high. Coal consumption is reduced by *0%.

2). Our slag dry is equipped with pin changeable gears instead of traditional cast steel gears, which reduces investment, maintenance cost and repairing time.

3). New design feeding and discharging devices efficiently eliminate the phenomenon of feeding stoppage, discontinuity, unevenness and returning of materials, which also can reduces the working load of dust system.

4). As for the inner structure, our company strengthen the function of slag cleaning and heat conduction. It is hard to see the cylinder inner wall with glue.

5). Slag moisture content and size can be adjusted according to customers’ requirements.
