Product Description

this slag grinding system can grind blast furnace slag into fine powder used for cement or brick making, which is widely used in blast furnace shop or cement plant.
Critical equipments (vertical mill) selected preliminary in this project has characteristics of advanced technology, reliable operation, high productivity, etc.
In comparison with a conventional ball mill, more than *0% of electric power is saved, i.e. to produce one metric ton of fine slag powder with  specific surface area ******0m2/kg by means of a vertical mill *0 KVAH of electric power will be saved than to produce an equal weight of slag with a conventional ball mill.
This project produces **0,**0t fine slag powder per year. Saving in electricity is more than9,**0,**0 KVAH.
Additionally, the grinding system mainly composed by the grinding mill has strong adaptability of slag moisture. A separate slag drying system is not required. Drying, grinding and powder dressing are integrated in one system to simplify process procedure, decreasing the numbers of dust-entrainment points so as to save investment and the occupied land area is reduced.
