Sliding double leaf door

Product Description

Sliding double-leaf refrigerated doors "ProfHolod" are designed to maintain the desired temperature in medium and low-temperature chambers.



Double-leaf design allows:



1. use the door for openings up to 5 meters

2. economically use the rollback space on the side of the opening

3. transport doors to any distance by regular freight transport



Door leaf



1. made of steel sheet 0.5 mm thick

2. insulation: rigid polyurethane foam with a density of up to *0 kg / m3

3. metal ends give the door additional resistance to side impacts, which are inevitable during operation

4. internal embedded elements of the door leaf ensure reliable fastening of the fittings 

5. Complete set with three seals: at the junction of the doors, at the junction of the door leaf to the floor and along the perimeter of the doors

6. protected from damage during transportation by polyethylene film *0 microns thick



Door frame



The standard attachment frame is made of 2 mm thick cold rolled steel sheet and powder coated.

The frame is available in AISI **4 stainless steel for food or AISI **0 for non-food.



Fittings

2. toothed belt and tensioning stations for simultaneous opening and closing of doors

3. set of accessories "ProfHolod"

4. to automate the closing and opening of the door, an electric drive "ProfHolod" is installed
