The drive is mechanical .We use pneumatic system to press the inner plug and out cap .Through theelectricalPneumatic control realize the coordinated process flow. AdoptsPeristaltic pump to fill, the filling nozzle is special mechanical structure, realizing no bottle, no filling, and can be micro-adjusted. It is a typical electric and pneumatic monobloc machine, easy to operate and maintain.
The drive of the machine is mechanism drive. The operation is stable, simple and safe. It is usually used to filling small(round, square) bottles, especially used to fill eye-drop, iodine etc small dose product. The material of main parts is **4 or**6 stainless steel (the material contact part can choose **6 stainless steel), meeting GMP requirement.
