Flake ice: 

Flake ice is made of the mixture of brine and water (Max. **0g salt per ton of water), in some cases can be directly made from brine water. Thickness between 1mm*3mm, irregular shape with diameters from *2mm to *5mm. Flake ice has got property of outstanding refrigeranting effect. In cooling process, flake ice is the quickest than any other ices.

1.The ice produced by the ice making machine can be directly used for cooling, processing and preservation, etc.

2.There's no acute edges and sharp points on the ice, and it is dry, smooth, so it will not damage the surface of the cooled object.
