CEEC supplies production line for soap. The soap complete
production line are capable of 0.5MT/hr to 4MT/Hr which produces
high-performance cold striped transparent soap or bath soap
fashioned in near future.
The worm barrel is made from one piece of tube instead of two tube
sections connected together by bolted flanges, which is the usual
practice of other soap machine producers in China. The two
Secontioned barrel is not as precise as the integral one. It will
cause "biting" of barrel wall. The soap produced contains metal,
detecting the product soap quality.
Special worm design with seamless drawn conical core that greatly
reduces soap bar forming time and increases pressure inside the
worm barrel, making soap more compact, more smooth and
transparent.
