We manufacture the pans which the body and the bottom are all 3 layers and elaborately incorporated with medical grade stainless steel aluminum composite metal material. Stainless steel interior **4( ****0), contain NI *0%, superior stainless steel contains NI 8%~*0%. Medical grade stainless steel material adopts s/s **4 which won’t react to food and won’t tarnish or change colors even when cooking the acid food. Aluminum core is ***0 pure series with excellent heat conductivity. Stainless steel exterior **0 (*8/0) possesses good hardness and contains carbon, thus has magnetic and can be used on induction cooker. The total thickness of the three kinds of composite material pans are 2.5cm~3.5cm and are hard to be sticky. Our all *-ply pans have distinguishing feature that are not only corrosion resistent, high temperature resistent , with fast and even heat conductivity and excellent heat storage performance, but also free from sticking, being burnt and smoke during cooking. It’s unnecessary to use high heat, the medium and low heat works to the same result.
