Product Description

Special Screw means "Out of Standard Screw".
To supply the screw, Customer's Drawing is necessary for us.
From the Drawing, we prepare Dies for cold forming.
Dies are depend on the Shape under mentioned.

The Elements of screw Design are follows.
1. Material
    Stainless Steel, Steel, Aluminum, Brass etc.
2. Shape
  1) Head                   Round Square and various
  2) Diatmeter            Various Diameter           
  3) Thread               Cross Head
  4) For the purpose "Easy to Use": Rollet     
3. Size
   Dimension M(mete) or Inch is OK.
4. Finish
   Pasipate for Stainless Steel, Cr *3, Cu-Ni etc.

Cost Estimate
We will estimate the cost by the Customer's Design.
Important thing is the cost of the Dies for cold forming.
We think, we will understand each other about the price of the Dies which way we will take, it will be contained in the cost of the screw or before start payment is necessary to us.
Because, the Dies we order to the Die maker are property of the Customer and need to keep them clean always.
According to the amount of the order number, the cost is cheap when the price of the Dies are paid before start or the cost is high the price of the Dies are contained.
