1. Ultra-accuracy - P4/ABEC7 for spindles.

For most small equipments like mini-motors, wheel gearing systems, cam gears, generators, high sensitivity servo motors, pressure rotors, printers and photocopiers, regular bearing's precision would be good enough for uses. However, in the case of machine tool spindles, the bearing's precision becomes to a key issue influencing the overall performance and stability. Although P5/ABEC5 bearings are ubiquitous in Asia, level P4 and higher precision bearings are still in short supply.

RHD Bearing is fully aware that pursuing the finest quality and unique features are the only way to achieve the greatest competitive advantages. 2. High Performance Materials -stainless steel (9Cr*8) & military high carbon chrome bearing steel (ZGCr*5)

3. High speed, low noise & friction with low working temperature:

The bearing's rolling speed is limited to a certain range due to the constraint of the highest permissible working temperature of the bearing components and its lubricant. In other words, under a pre-defined working temperature, the bearing's maximum rotating speed will certainly depend on the heat generation and dissipation during the operation. That also means the lubricant's quality and selected materials truly have significant impact upon the bearing's maximum speed.For instance, a bearing's top speed can achieve **0,**0 rpm when adopting fuel-air mixture as the material is able to take away the heat by self-evaporation) whereas *0,**0 rpm might be its higher boundary if it's lubricated by grease.

In this regard RHD uses dedicated spindle grease for the long lubricating of the super high-speed machine tool spindle bearings. It's made of the compound barium thickening agent and low-viscosity synthetic ester oil, with the refined low-viscous white grease additives for anti-oxidation, anti-rust and corrosion-resistance. This low-torque lubrication is mainly adopted for high-speed rolling bearings which could significantly reduce the temperature of the bearing and therefore enhance the product service life.
