All YOUFU pistons are forged from wrought ***2 or ***8 aluminum alloys.Wrought aluminum is *0% stronger than aluminum bar stock and *0% stronger than cast aluminum pistons. YOUFU uses only the highest grade wrought aluminum alloys to make a stronger, lighter piston. These aerospace quality alloys have been rigorously tested and found to be the most durable material for these applications. We would never consider skimping on quality materials and feel you should not either.

 

 

 

B.FULLY CNC MACHINING  

After being forged from wrought aluminum alloys and designed to be the most efficient pistons in the industry,all YOUFU pistons are machined in our CNC machining facility. YOUFU pistons are manufactured on the same machining centers by the same skilled craftsman as YOUFU Pistons. YOUFU pistons feature fully CNC machined domes/dishes and valve reliefs to give you precise compression ratios and consistent weights. All YOUFU pistons incorporate CNC diamond turned skirts to provide you with a better, more consistent finish. All pistons have CNC honed pin bores and are thoroughly deburred prior to cleaning and packaging so no prep work is required. YOUFU pistons are ready to run right out of the box.
