Product Description

The machine is featured in stable performance, easy operation and very high productivity. We have produced more than *5,**0 hot rolling run-out rolls and looper rolls in different sizes for domestic large iron & steel enterprises such as Angang, Shougang, Tanggang, Laigang and Shagang.         

The wrapper roll is a solid roll having the diameter of φ**0 and the base metal of *0CrMo or *2CrMo generally. The customer required hardening the roll surface by spray welding but built-up welding was used instead as the domestic spray welding technology for solid rolls is immature. Our surface spray welding technology for thick-wall rolls and solid rolls determined through tests resolved the problem which has prevented the solid roll spray welding for a long period of time. We have mastered the spray welding technology for solid rolls and have produced many wrapper rolls at the world-advanced level for Laigang, Shougang and other enterprises to substitute the similar products overseas
