Stainless steel is wear-proof, heat-resisting, acid-resisting and corrosion resisting. Just because of these characteristics, the wire netting made of stainless steel is extensively used as slurry mesh in petroleum industplatingry, sieve and filtration mesh in chemical industry, acid-cleaning mesh in electric industry, etc. Our Stainless Steel Wire netting products are generally made of stainless steel of Type **4, Type **4L, Type **6 and Type **6L.
Weaving:
Plain Weave: This type is most commonly used. East warp wire passes alternately over and under weft wires at right angles, and vice versa. Openings are square and wire sizes are the same in warp and weft.
Twill Weave: This type is similar to plain, except that weft wire passes alternatively over and under two warp wires (instead of one) in a staggered fashion. Very fine meshes can be woven more readily in twilled weave than in plain.
Dutch Weave:This type is a filter cloth construction made in the same way as plain weave, except that the weft wires are "driven up" to give a tighter woven cloth with minute openings.
The material of the products is various, such as SS**4 SS**4L SS**6 SS**6L ,ect.
It usually bears many characteristics: heatresisting,acid-resisting, wear-resisting, corrosion-resisting.

Dutch Woven Wire Cloth
Materials: Materials of Dutch Woven Wire Cloth is divided into Type **2, Type **4, Type **4 L, Type **6 and Type **6 L. Stainless Steel Dutch Woven Wire Cloth offers good wear-resistance, heat-resistance, acid-resistance and corrosion resistance. Dutch Woven Wire Cloth in brass, nickel, steel or other metal materials also available at request.
Use: Stainless Steel Dutch Woven Wire Cloth is utilized as filter fittings for chemical industry, medicine, petroleum, telecom-communication, scientific research units and so on.
Weaving Patterns of Dutch Wire Cloth can be divided Dutch Plain Weaving, Dutch Twill Weaving or Dutch Reverse Weaving.
Dutch Twill Weave: Each weft wire passes alternately over two, and then under two successive warp wires and each warp wire passes alternately over two and under two successive weft wires. It is possible to be used to allow a heavier than standard wire diameter.
Dutch Reverse Weave: Dutch Reverse Weave is the same as Dutch weave except the warp and weft wires are reversed.
