1.The materials are transmitted by the steel trip to the position automatically with the focus aimed to the centre of the mould.

2.All the moulds are positioned automatically and shifted quickly without adjustment.

3. The interlock is applied to the vertical support, making the principle axis move upward and downward simultaneously. The electronic digits will show the scale of the adjustment and the parallel level, which makes the operation very convenient.

4. The principle axis takes the *2Crmo, of which the surface layer is multiinfiltrate treated, and so the strength and duration is greatly built up, doubling the service life of machine.

5. The mould is optimized in design and processed precisely with vacuum quenching and surface hardening, doubling the service life of mould.

6. Under the highly automatic electronic-control system, the machine can be operated in a key.

7. Under the tachometer signal of encoder, the pipe making speed and pipe making length can be shown on the screen.

8. The PLC program controls the speed of cutting on line of the cutting machine, whose speed keeps up with that of pipe making. And the precision of cutting can be controlled within 1mm.

9. The complete machine can be operated in linkage or in single action. When there is any secure failure, the complete machine will stop automatically so as to protect the machine from damage.
