1. The integrated bins for finished product greatly decreased the land-area of the plant; elevating system for skip is no longer needed, hence reducing the down time.
2. Our unique designed paddles and the powerful mixer allow the mixing operation easier, effective and reliable;
3.The linear-mode screen driven by imported vibrator improves the screening efficiency and reduces the rate of breakdown for the plant;
4.The hot elevator adopts the double Gall's chain for hoisting, which not only prolongs the service life of the hoisting mechanism but also improves the operation stability;
5.The optimized flights structure of drying drum makes the drying system more effective and stable;
6. The modular design plants can be easily transported by standard equipment and rapidly installed at site;
7. The dual computer-controlled system with auto/manual switchable, and auto self-diagnosis program, make the operation smooth and safe;
8.The RAP interface is reserved for upgrade of hot RAP facilities;
9.Bag filter is being placed on top of drying drum, it reducing heat loss, thus saving fuel cost and space.
