The factory is equipped with more than **0 sets of 6.3t***0t punch, high-speed single slot punch, stator press, rotor casting aluminum and other equipment, including **8 sets of *****0t ordinary punch, 6 sets of **0t***0t double point high-speed punch, *5 sets of *****0t die-casting machine, 4 sets of robot automatic laser welding machine, 1 set of ultra-high-precision laser cutting machine, as well as various high-precision detectors such as quadratic element and three coordinates dectectors.

These are cores, stator cores, rotor cores, AL and CU cast rotor, and lamination, in thickness 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.*5mm and 0.5mm, of which, the max stator OD***5mm is for ACP***0 project China Nuclear Power, and the Cu rotor is for super high efficiency projects. Besides for self use, this section is mainly for motor manufacturers, including ABB, TECO, Wolong, Toshiba and ACV.
-to meet the mass production after sampling, we have various equipment prepared, including AIDA progressive punch machines, and Odawara stator lines.
-Assembled stator and rotor
We provide winding stator and casted rotor and run the final assemble at customers' site, customers are final users or motor manufacturers in fields of EV, air-conditioning compressor, and elevator tractor, as Highly, Sanden, GMCC, Thyssenkrupp.
