ROSS SHELL TYPE STEAM BOILER Ross manufactures fully automatic Shell type steam boilers. Capacities : From *0kgs/hr to ***0 kgs/hr. These are reverse flue three pass steam boilers, having efficiencies upto *9%. Flue gases reverse in the combustion chamber & pass through the tubes. More heat is dissipated in the combustion chamber as compared to conventional boilers. Boilers are rugged in construction & easy in operation. Designed for round the clock operation, with hinged doors for easy cleaning of the tubes. Various firing options are available like Light oil, Gas & heavy oil. These are available with a output pressure of 5Kg/sqcm or *0 Kg/xxxxx Level switches are provided for automatic on off operation of the water pump. Adequate safeties such as low level alarm, flame failure are xxxxx A stack thermostat is provided for safety against high stack temperature. Since the boiler can also be run on low pressure, use of Pressure reducing station is eliminated. Units are regularly exported to Africa & middle east.
