1. GW50C adopts the FULLY ENCLOSED GEAR BOXseparated from the working disk for NO DISTORTIONSeven under the condition of heavy loads and NO OIL LEAKINGwhile lifting the machine.
2. GEAR, GEAR SHAFT, WORKING DISK, STOP GAUGE, PILE HEAD and PILE HEADS are made of high quality ALLOY STEELwith proper HEAT TREATMENT(quenching /tempering/high frequency), and 3mm thick external case to ensure high performances also under heavy loads and LONG WORKING LIFE.
3. DUST PROOF BRAKE MOTOR and TWO LIMIT-SWITCH to ensure the accuracy of the bending angle also after stopping and restarting.
4. INSERT-PIN TYPE disk and MOVABLE SADDLES for a precise adjusting of the bending angle.
