Flat Steel Feeding
Unit:
To stock, arrange, guide and convey
flat steels.
Cross Bars Feeding
Units:
To arrange and transport cross
bars. Firstly, choose and pick out crooked rolled bars. Secondly,
push into guide-trench which can be adjusted according the size of
bars. After fell into feeding part which is also adjustable in
accordance with bar size, every time following a bar welded, the
next bar is positioning-slot of the feeding hook. By the pneumatic
and electrical control, the bar is got off the hook and sent to the
welding.
Main Welding
Engine:
This is the heart of whole assembly
line and composed of Top Cover, Bottom Cover, Upright Shaft, Slide,
Hydraulic Pump, Welding Power, Electric Conduction, Electrode
Socket, and Electrode, Comb-like Clamping Apparatus, and Cooling
Pipe.
Flat bars from the feeding unit get
in order and positioned through comb-like apparatus. Cross bars
from the feeding unit get positioned by the magnet overhead and
welded tightly with flat bars. Repeat this welding process, needed
steel gratings have been produced.
Steek Gratings Tow
Unit:
To draw the welded gratings and
transport gratings. Each time when a cross bar get welded, the unit
tow it vertically away to a certain distance until whole welding
completed, This unit is composed of jig, oil vat, electrical
machine, ball screw, etc.
Electric
System:
Mainly aimed to control every part
of the whole welding machine and set every welding apparatus.
Composed of programming control circuit, power control circuit and
graph operation terminal (touch-screen).
Programming control
circuit:
PLC central control,manually and
automatically. When operated manually, you can start each unit in
proper order and also can start any one unit very briefly for a
test. Every unit working situation and alarming function are
included in this circuit.

control, transformer and other components. Among them, the control
comprises power drive, rectifier, capacitor, TGBT, centrol,
etc.

Extreme Attention: General Power
On/Off only controls the power of welding machine, Not the
welding machine main circuit. Whenever maintain or repair the
welding machine, you MUST switch off the main circuit of the
welding machine.
Tow
Unit:
Tow Tighten, Grating
Down/Up/Back/Loosen s only can be used during manual
welding.
Feeding
Material:
Feeding, Bars Backward/Forward,
Feeding Forward/Backward s only can be used during manual
welding.
Signs &
Alarm:
The signs of Power, Oil Pressure,
Alarm, Auto/Manual, Power On display the working situation of every
part of the welding machine.

Special
Attention:
When the power for welding machine
is switched on, no body can be allowed to stay in the space between
welding machine and tow unit.
No body can be allowed to stay
under the slide board of the welding machine.
The slide board of the welding
machine must be sustained safely when conduct either repair or
maintenance.
Operation
Rules
Install the welding machine; Check
the power , check up the insulating and ground
resistance;
Connect the power, press the air,
and cool the water;
Inspect the three-phase power, air
pressure, flow and temperature of cooling water;
Push the of Power sign gets
displayed then;
Push the of Oil Pump
Start;
Check the Signs & Alarm mark
sure the Hydraulic Press, Oil Pump signs are displayed;
Get the flats and arrangd them well
by the comb-jig;
Adjust bars feeding unit to meet
your requests;
Change and adjust the
jigs;
Set the slide board moving distance
according to needed height of the flat steel;
Up the end positioning and send the
flat steel to the welding machine, make sure all are in good
position;
Set paramenters on the Operation
Desk to meet different grating needs;
Switch the Auto/ Manual to Auto,
push Welding Start.
Solving
Problems
If the welding machine does
not work when on Auto situation
Check and start hydraulic pressure,
make sure the sign of Hydraulic Pressure lights.
Check and connect pressed air
source, make sure air pressure >0.8Mpa and the sign of Pneumatic System
lights.
Check and connect cycle cooling
water and make sure the water cycle and temperature
normal.
Check and make sure the tow unit is
in original position and the sign of Original Position
lights.
Check and make sure the press is in
original up position and the is connecting
normal.
Check and make sure feeding
cylinders including values and pipeline of feeding unit are
normal.
Check and make sure the reduction
of feeding bearings and axial are connecting
normal.
If it is stopped after one
roll steel fed down and the bearings and axial are not
reductive
Check and make sure roll steel
feeding approach is connecting normal.
Check and adjust the space of roll
steeel feeding slot, get it fit the diameter of roll
steel.
If the hook stops feeding
at the next feeding position after one roll steel
fed
Check and make sure feeding
cylinders including valves and pipeline of feeding unit are
normal.
Check and make sure the press is in
up position
Check and make sure the roll steel
hold is in down position.
If the up end of feeding
hook does not move down and stop after get the roll steel
arrived
Check and make sure if the roll
steel are attracted in the both ends of the magnet.
Check and make sure the ends of the
magnet get connected.
If the electrode of the press stops
working after moved down.
Check and make sure if the
electrode approaching gets loose.
Check and make sure if the
electrical machine has move down to the position.
If there is no welding
electric current or the current is abnormal
Check and make sure if the welding
parameters have been set normal.
Check the water
temperature.
Check the welding control
circuit.
Check and make sure if the silicon
of the welding transformer works normal.
Check the rectifier of the
transformer.
Check and make sure the connect of
welding electrode with its set and with the bolt.
If the tow unit stops
working after welding finished
Check and make sure the tow unit
drive works normal.
Check and make sure the inductive
of comb-jig is normal.
Check and make sure if the comb-jig
get loose.
Check and make sure if the grating
up cylinder works normal.
Check the air pressure.
If the tow unit stops
moving back
Check and make sure if the distance
inductive of tow unit is in proper position.
Check and make sure if the holding
boards of tow unit are loose and the inductive
lights.
If the tolerance of the tow unit is
big.
Check and make sure the size are
set normal.
Check and make sure if the holding
unit is pressed tight.
Maintenance
