For many years we have specialized in frozen fresh
strawberries;figs; apricots, which are our flagship product - the
raw material is sourced in part from our own plantations. The whole
production process is based on the food safety system HACCP / BRC
and takes place on modern production lines under the supervision of
highly-specialized staff, which guarantees a finished product with
the highest quality. Any material shown to be processed before
freezing is cleaned and inspected to remove foreign matter and
fruit effects. The production technology is implemented in two
stages: freezing IQF with the modern freezing tunnel and then
sorting and packing of finished products in cartons or bags *0 and
*0 kg.
To make the product safe and ensue very good quality before final
packing we use laser scanner and metal detector.
The quality of production is constantly monitored and supervised by
the Quality Control department. Implemented HACCP / BRC system can
trace back each batch of finished product.
Our suppliers of fruits and vegetables for processing are mainly
farmers, associated with long-time cultivation contracts, which
allows us to secure constant high quality of our products since the
beginning of the production process. We promote farmers who are
certified with GlobalGap.
