Streamer is installed or mounted on side of contact and V-clamp pressing a cable to streamer and it creates a Electrical connection.
V-Clamp consist from profile, or profiled material with one screw and one pad installed on screw. V-Clamps are usually used together with streamer (prism A8) to create electrical connection between wire and contact.
