Fenix is a major designer-manufacturer of distillation column
packing. Our packing gives high separation efficiency (low HETP)
resulting in reduced column height, lower pressure drop and
therefor lower capital cost and lower energy cost. These are
available in standard and exotic metals and alloys in *5 and *0
degree crimp angles and specific surface area of *0 to ***0 square
meter per cubic meter. Excellent wetting characteristics are
imparted due to special surface treatment. High voidage gives light
weight, high vapor load (high capacity) and low reflux ration (low
energy cost).
We manufacture these in sizes *5 mm to 8.0 meter in diameter.
Our grid packing is an excellent choice for any application which
has problems of fouling, erosion, corrosion and solid-content.
These can be easily removed, cleaned and replaced.
All associated and necessary tower internals are also designed and
supplied.
