A major portion of the subscription capital will be structured and invested into an International Fund Management and Trading Company with exceptional historic performance and a total of $3.9BN USD in assets under management. The underlying fund has a *0% pa annual yield benchmark objective and has well outperformed this benchmark in the last 4 years. The fund uses an aggressive yet risk-mitigated trading strategy leveraging market arbitrage and yield optimistic trading opportunities over monthly trading cycles. Minimum investment €*0K.

 

Now the Collateral Pool opportunity:

 

This is a fund whereby individuals/corporations can assign/cede collateral and/or assets into the fund and in return receive *5% pa with a bonus if the assets remain in the fund for 3 years. Minimum value of collateral (can be made up of several things at once, not just one standalone asset) must be $*0M USD. Ideal for individuals who are sitting on some assets and wish to derive some return. Below is a list of assets which can be ceded into the fund.

·         Cash, cash on deposit, fixed deposits, call accounts, term deposits

·         Listed equity/investment portfolios

·         Listed debt instruments (Euroclear, Bloomberg, etc)

·         Government bonds and bills

·         World bank green bonds

·         Covered bonds

·         Properties in acceptable locations (housing, commercial, agriculture)

·         ETF's

·         MTN's

·         Acceptable bank instruments (LC/SBLC/BG etc.)

·         Precious metals in acceptable custodial bond safekeeping facilities

·         Other assets as maybe agreed to
