ZTT submarine optic fiber cable adopts stainless steel tube with jelly filled for fiber protection, which has been proven stability in this industry. Benefiting from our complete production chain, ZTT submarine optic fiber cable can reach a consecutive and stable quality assurance. 
ZTT’s own cable types for repeater system and non-repeater system have got approval from UJ consortium. We have developed 4 cable types for repeater system and 7 types for non-repeater system.

To supply a one-stop shop for submarine cable system, we can supply all related accessories, including pulling head, armor clamp, repair joint enclosure, urgent abandonment kit, etc. 
Submarine cable Jointing 
To reach a continuous delivery length, ZTT has developed its own cable jointing technology and procedure, which include factory joint, repair joint enclosure and quick jointing on site. 
Factory joint is a kind of joint which will be carried out before armouring. Each individual cable core will be splicing and recovered with the same material of the original cable by moulding technology. All factory splice will be checked by electrical test. The cable diameter of factory joint is almost similar to the original cable. Its mechanical performance of factory joint shall be same with the original cable. 
Repair joint enclosure is a kind of jointing box, which will be used during installation or maintenance, the design water depth is up to **0 meters. It is composed by armor clamps at both ends, box body, and the material for each cable cores splicing, and also bending stiffer. The max. voltage for such repair joint enclosure can reach **0kv. 
In some shallow water, to consider a small space for repair jointing, we also developed a kind of special quick jointing method. It is mostly suitable to low voltage and wet-design submarine cable. It is developed from shunt splice of aerial conductors. The splicing of each cable core is very similar to others, but the recovery of armouring layer is totally different. Preformed armor wires with pre-tension will be adopted to cover the cable splicing part to recovery the mechanical continuity of armor layer.
