GENERAL EXPORT PROCEDURES & PRICE LIST   
 

1. The Buyer send Banked ICPO for faster procedures, with all details of the purchase and payment terms, passport, company registration copy + KYC.
2. The Seller issue Full Corporate Offer (FCO) within *8 hours after positive DD.
3. Buyer signs and return FCO with Proof of Founds (MT**9 RWA) within five banking days.
4. When Seller's bank approves the proof of funds issued by Swift, the Seller will issue the partial proof of product and submit it to the Buyer as mentioned below:

- Comment: Fresh bank statement is possible, but never MT**9 or MT**9 before the contract is signed.
 

1. Seller sends Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to Buyer for review.
2. Buyer returns to Seller after review with amendments if necessary.
3. Seller will send via electronic software the approved SPA for all parties to sign. Once the parties have signed, the Seller will then share the validation certificate with the

1. Buyer opens a financial instrument within *0 banking days.
2. Buyer issues draft LC verbiage via MT**9 to Seller's bank stating Buyer is ready, willing, and able to send such LC with this verbiage. Upon receipt of Seller's 2% of operative PB, Buyer's bank makes the DLC/SBLC operational (Only applicable for transferable instruments).

Note:
 

• We dont issue 2% PB with Non-Transferable instruments.

- GACC will be given against proof of funds under our joint venture agreement with GACC holder.

- We dont accept payment at destination port, payment at load port against shipping documentation will ONLY be done.

 

1. Within *0 *0 business days, packaging, inspection, loading, and shipping commence.
2. Seller will send complete shipping documents to Buyer and Buyers bank via email and DHL.
3. Within two business days, Buyers bank sends MT**3/TT after CCIC Report and full shipping documents have been received by the Buyers bank and the Buyer.
4. The Seller transfers ownership of the product to the Buyer once full payment has been confirmed by the Seller's bank.
5. The procedure continues until the complete quantity is shipped.
6. The Seller, sends the first delivery.

• If the Buyer wishes to check the quality of product, he can send a trusted person to the Loading Port, assist at the SGS Inspection and check the Product.
• Only financial instruments issued by Top *0 Banks are accepted.
• The possible subsequent deliveries will be load on vessel only after payment confirmation of previous delivery by seller bank.
