David Wolfe Design Summo Air Poppets are used to aid in the removal of a molded plastic part from inside the mold. The Air Poppets can relieve the vacuum created by the mold opening or the part being ejected from the mold. In some cases, Air Poppets can be the only ejection mechanism. DWD Summo Air Poppets only come in one size (*6.0mm diameter) and are specially designed for abusive environments such as heated compression or fiberglass molds. David Wolfe Design Summo Air Poppets have a patented inner construction that reduces fatigue on the spring and cross pin, and also guides the poppet resulting in longer life and better performance. The Summo Air Poppets come with and O-ring seal around the body and are installed from the face of the mold with a spanner wrench (sold separately). The spring in the Summo Air Poppet is rated at **0°F (**3°C).
