Specifications:

We can supply as per required specifications by the buyer and/or by country of consumption. We can give quote after we receive specifications and port of destination of the buyer.

Procedures:

1. Seller issues a draft contract in favor of the buyer (for editing, revision or pre-approval)

2. Buyer returns the draft contract to the seller, via email, duly signed and sealed.

3. Seller signs final contract and returns to buyer in Original and PDF formats which become hard copies for seller, buyer banks.

4. Within seven (7) international banking days, the buyer's bank will arrange for an irrevocable, transferable Letter of Credit. Seller sends title to buyer via email and/or courier service within *8 hours of receiving and confirming banking payment instrument.

5. Shipments commence as per agreement between buyer and seller as per UCP **0 (Six Hundred) code for financial instruments and any revisions as set by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Any deviation from the above payment terms is subject to acceptance by the seller. The buyer can claim no responsibility in the event that acceptance of the financial instrument is refused.
