In order to guarantee normal operation of the airbags in bad environment, Sunshine uses top quality natural rubber as main material of the airbags with other assistant ingredients including Qilu Petrochemicals styrene-butadiene rubber to ensure its high anti-aging capability and high wearing resistance. The rubber content of airbag is over *0% with tensile strength over *0MPa. 

The skeleton materials of airbags are single three-strand top quality chinlon dipped cord fabric with its single tensile strength up to **3.6N which improves the product performance and service life to some extent 

The explosion-proof design on the end of airbags effectively improves bonding strength and sealing of airbag body and end iron pieces and prevents air leakage and eliminates the potential safety hazards. 

The latest integrated winding technology of airbag: this winding technology is developed by Sunshine Development Department through 3D animation simulation technology by which the researchers made adjustment to the cord layout based on unfavorable conditions caused by the forcing direction and force sizes of ships onto airbags and airbag squeezing etc. that occur during airbag rolling under ships and then greatly improved safety and reliability of airbag launching. 

The airbags are manufactured in accordance with CB/T***5 and CB/T***7 industry standards to ensure product reliability.
