Super Thin Mill

Application:
Super thin mill is used to pulverize the gypsum, calcite, limestone, dolomite, barites, fluorites, phosphate, kaolin, slag, feldspar, quartz, and other non-inflammable and non-explosive minerals with Mohs hardness not exceeding 7 and the moisture below 6%.

Structure:
A complete set of super thin mill is mainly made up of mainframe, separator, blower, finished powder cyclone collector, bag filter and connecting pipes, etc. According to user's needs, the mill can be equipped with accessory equipment like crusher, hopper, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and switch box, etc. 

Working principle:
When entering grinding chamber, the raw material are shoveled up by the shovels and grinded between the roll and ring, the material after grinding are brought into the separator along with the air from the blower, and the qualified fine powder became final product and come into the cyclone collector, the other unqualified powder fall down to be re-grinded. The circular air returns back to blower that the above process will be repeated, and the remaining air enters the bag filter in order to protect the environment.
