1.Four parts:core gum, wire rope, coating, and flange gum
2.Three types based on different structures: common structure
type, tear resistance type, embedded coil tear resistance type.
A. common structure type
The core rubber has enough diffusion space for each wire in
strand, the bonding strength between rubber and steel cable
is very high, it is rust/corrosion resistance, relieves the
mutual shearing and torsion of wires in strands, it has high
dynamic fatigue resistance, and this product has a long service
life.
B. tear resistance type
It adopts new type of steel cable as tension element, on one side
or two sides vertical, that is perpendicular to the lengthways
steel cable, laying the reinforce layer of steel cable, stell
cord, fabric, etc. So this type has excellent advantages of
impact resistance and tearing resistance.
C.embedded coil tear resistance type
It adopts new structure as tension element between core rubber
and cover rubber, and the sensors are embedded in certain
longitudinal interval. It is controlled by computer, it alarms
and stops running automatically when tearing in belt is
detected, or the running speed of conveyor belt is unusual then
reduces to setting speed of stopping. It has memory function and
displays belt running data and condition.
3.Seven types based on property of cover rubber: common type, flame retardant for coal mine, general flame retarding, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, cold resistance, acid/alkaline resistance and oil resistance, etc.
Usage:
It is widely used in material delivery for coal/coke, mine,
harbour, metallurgy, electric power and chemical industry,
suitable for conveying materials under the condition of high
strength, long distance and heavy load.
