Product Description

SJ**1M is an aluminium–titaninum acid sintered flux,and its alkalinity is approximately 0.5.The flux is shaped as round grains with its grain size of 1.**0.*8mm(****0 mesh),which is used with either AC or DC.The welding wire is connected to the positive electrode when used with DC.It has stable arc combustion,good slag detachability,and  a good appearance of weld ,it is especially suitable for high speed welding with a strong pore resistance.
As a peculiar production technique is adopted,the flux possesses better moisture resistance and good strenght of grains,which may satisfy the requirements for regular transportation,storage and recycling use in welding ,then flux has less specific gravity when it is bulk packed.And it is consumend less during the welding.
Cautions:
 

1. The welding flux must be baked for 2 hours at the temperature of ******0 before being used.
2. Some foreign substance such as rust,grease and moisture on the weldment should be removed before welding.
